This is a picture of the Grammy Award Brazilian songwriter, composer, pianist and guitarist Antônio Carlos Jobim also known as Tom Jobim. He is the primary force behind the creation of the bossa nova Brazilian style music. Jobim is acknowledged as one of the most influential popular composers of the 20th century. If you are a lover of jazz music, you have to check out Brazilian Bossa Nova music. The sounds are rhythmically smooth and have the power to put you in the mood. For an excellent evening, put on anything by Carlos Jobim and have a glass of red wine.

Bank owned properties are your hottest deals in the real estate market today. I am experiencing price reduction as much as 50% from what they sold for two years ago. This is an excellent time to add properties to your inventory.

Caipirinha, the national cocktail of Brazil

Tcaipirinha1his tasty looking little drink is Brazil’s National Cocktail and has being for a while now.The drink is made with cachaça (pronounced IPA: [ˌkaˈʃasɐ] [KA-SHA-SA]), sugar and lime. Cachaça is Brazil’s most common distilled alcoholic beverage. Like rum, it is made from sugarcane. Cachaça is made from sugarcane alcohol, obtained from the fermentation of sugarcane juice which is afterwords distilled. Here is how you can make one in your own kitchen,

1. Cut a lime into two pieces then into smaller pieces and place them in the glass

2. Sprinkle 2 spoons of sugar over and crush the pieces (pulp side up) with a pestle. Just enough to release the juice, otherwise it’ll get bitter.

3. Add ice to the top of the glass

4. Add the cachaça Rum witch is a sugar cain Rum, then stir to mix.

It’s very simple but delicious and potent! Enjoy. I did find a video that show’s you how to make it. Click here.

Evidence of an Economic Boom for Brazil

Hello, my name is Ronnie Lucas the leader of a private Brazilian Real Estate Investment Club and Retreat called “Viva Brazil.” This is my first blog, part of my job is to bring you real valuable information about present day Brazil. This is just one of the many videos about the rise of one of the worlds largest sleeping giant’s, Brazil. Making Brazilian Real Estate very valuable to out side investors, like private upper class American Investors. Creating an opening for a business that will comfortably introduce American Investors to Real Estate opportunities in a very unfamiliar land. In the shadows of the large cities there is still severe poverty and little shanty town’s with unsafe drinking water, malnutrition and crime. Brazil still has a long way to go before things like this are resolved, as it relies on dollars for community development where very much needed.
